Summary: My daughter and I absolutely loved this property. The place itself was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. We really enjoyed being able to walk back after meals and events, and the area felt safe and welcoming.I can’t wait to return.

Summary: Communication with Kenneth was always quick and helpful. The home was clean, quiet and less than a block from the trolley while also being within walking distance of restaurants, chocolate factory, winery, distillery and old town. We could not have ask for more. Would definitely stay here on our next trip.

Summary: Visited st. Augustine to enjpy the Christmas/ Holiday lights. The house was in an exellent location, close to trollley stop # 11. The house was well appointed and immaculately clean. One minor issue was the lack of soap for one of the bedrooms. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay.

Summary: Things were perfect! Trolly stop #11 is just a few steps outside the door. Easy check in and out! The residence is well stocked with all you need. We plan on visiting again in a few months and will book here.
