Summary: This was by far one of our best stays in a VRBO. We moved to the area and Kelly was extremely helpful with now than just renting the house to us. We greatly appreciate all his help.

Summary: This was a wonderful stay. It was a last minute rental and everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful and loved the way it was decorated. The host had everything a person could as for and much more. This one will spoil you. It is perfect location for Pine mountain and Cumberland Gap. Hensley settlement was a great day trip.

Summary: This property was located very close to park and hiking trails. We loved the the house but the only negative was cooking pans in the kitchen. We cooked all meals at the hose and found it difficult with the lack of mixing bowls and cook ware. Overall I would recommend this house

Summary: Five family members came to the area for the 2022 PA graduation at LMU. It was the perfect place for our stay - clean, roomy, and comfortable. Kelly was the perfect host - very communicative, answering questions and sending check-in information in a timely manner. We plan to book this home again when we come down for a family vacation in the future. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet even on a main street in town. It’s easy to locate and quite near the historic downtown area in Middlesboro. The views of the mountains from the front porch are lovely. For light cooking, there is an adequate amount of cookware. If you prefer to cook most of your meals, you might want to bring specially sized pans or equipment necessary for your needs. If you have time during your stay, taking a trip up to the Pinnacle Overlook and a jaunt down the mountain to Cumberland Gap which you can see from the overlook is well worth the time. Our whole party highly recommends Gap Creek Coffee as a must stop for a morning beverage ar lunchtime meal with breathtaking views. If we had more time, we would have spent more time exploring the shops, viewing the buildings/ architecture nearby and made a concerted effort to eat at Shades, a nearby local restaurant that draws quite a crowd. As it was, our time was limited, so it was a great treat to enjoy this Craftsman Style home during our stay. Highly recommended!

Summary: We needed a place to stay while we moved our daughter to Cumberland Gap. This home was perfect: great location, easy to find, plenty of parking, simple check-in and plenty of space. The three bedrooms are large as are both of the beautiful bathrooms (check out the soaker tub!). The kitchen is a good size with a walk-in pantry. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood and has a very large yard. We are hoping to return soon!

Summary: My family and I were in town to celebrate my great aunts 100th birthday and to visit our roots for the first time since they moved north. The house was spacious, charming, accommodating, and accessible!!! There were 7 of us that stayed comfortably in the home. Kelly allowed us to host family dinner on Sunday after church and it was so nostalgic to watch my aunts cook and family catch up and reminisce on the things of the past. The laundry facilities, and extra beds were a gem! Overall we had an amazing experience and plan to book again when we return. KELLY was an amazing host with clear instructions for check in and out and she responded swiftly to any concerns we may have had. I would strongly suggest staying here if you’re planning a stay anywhere in the Middlesboro, Cumberland Gap area.
