Escape to one of the prettiest towns in America. Make your vacation a quiet visit in a quintessential, charming apartment close to it all. We offer a ideal vacation rental: one bedroom log home apartment in the woods within walking distance of the Woodstock village center.
The vacation rental apartment is 900 square feet and sleeps up to 4 people, 2 on a new queen sofa bed with tempurpedic mattress. There is a separate bedroom with queen bed. The full kitchen opens to the large living room with cathedral ceiling. Full size appliances include a brand new stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher and both a washer and dryer. Enjoy cable, flat screen TV and wireless internet (WiFi). We do not permit smoking or pets.
The apartment is a short, 1/4-mile walk to the heart of the village. We have wonderful shops, a beautiful library, several covered bridges, many highly-rated restaurants and a National Park.

Summary: The property was beautiful. We just had a 10 inch snowfall. The surroundings were gorgeous with the snow. Easy trip over to Killington. Great x country skiing at golf course. Would have loved to hike the trails above town. Maybe next time. Town was quaint

Summary: I stayed here for two nights while taking a photography workshop in Woodstock. It was perfect for my needs. It's an apartment above the garage adjacent to the main home. It was private, clean, quiet and relaxing. It's less than a mile to Woodstock center - although it does involve navigating a big hill. The hosts were great, too.

Summary: Lovely upstairs apartment situated on a hill about a 10 minute walk to town. Wooded and garden views, peaceful environment and easy access to surrounding areas by car. Well equipped kitchen, good wifi and great cable!! Helpful local maps and magazines. We will be back!

Summary: Having come to Woodstock for years, this was our first time staying in a VRBO. Bob's place was perfect for our little family. With a 2.5 yo and a 4 mo. old it was a perfect amount of space and Bob was completely accommodating. He even set up a high chair for us at the table before we arrived and left a pack n play. The VERY large closet acted as the toddler's bedroom and the infant shared the bedroom with us and everyone got a great nights sleep. Bob was very communicative, offered great recommendations, and even dusted off his sleds for the kids. We can not recommend these hosts enough and would definitely come visit again.

Summary: Very nice large property. Location is great. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We stayed to ski in Killington 20 minutes away. Town is very cute with many options to eat in or out. Bedroom is very big with decent bed. I would not recommend to sleep on a sofa couch for adults, it might be ok for kids.
