Summary: This property was not secluded, per se, but it felt like it! Properties on both sides were vacant, our stay was quite private and very quiet. Of course it was mid-October, and mid-week, so less people in Woostock in general which is what we expected/wanted. Enjoyed walking from the property to the downtown area of Woodstock. Just a half mile each way, easy even for us at age 72. Propery had all the "supplies of home" and more so in the bathroom. A very nice experience.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed staying here: clean, cozy, and so quiet! You can walk to town easliy, and it’s just beautiful crossing the river and strolling by the historical stately homes.

Summary: This carriage house is the perfect mixture of quiet and private yet close to everything! Truly the location can’t be beat. As mentioned in several other reviews, this cozy carriage house is within walking distance of downtown and several walking trails. Home is well appointed and views from every window this fall were stunning! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: This was a great spot, super quiet and relaxing and an incredibly convenient location to enjoy downtown Woodstock as well as the Marsh-Billings Rockefeller Park and Billings Farm. The apartment was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and the backyard was amazing. Will definitely stay here again!
