Summary: Don’t hesitate to stay here! The apartment is in a great location, tram 1 is 2 minutes away, and other public transportation options are also nearby. It’s just a few minutes to Old Town, Castle Hill and the beach. The apartment itself is clean and well stocked. The bed is comfortable. Having an elevator was wonderful. It was convenient having the washer, and it was nice knowing AC was available even though we didn’t need it. Val was helpful and readily available for any questions. We were here for 9 nights and highly recommend this apartment.

Summary: The accommodation was adequate, clean and spacious. The location was superb with ready access to the Old Town and Place Garibaldi. The elevator was an added bonus for a rental in the Old Town. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Summary: We were two friends and enjoyed both the bedroom and pull out couch. Place was spotless and bright and very quiet for sleeping Great access to Old Town, Couers Salaya, Promemade des Anglais, the beach, trains, trams and buses. I would recommend this to friends and family without hesitation.

Summary: If you're looking for an apartment that is charming, prettier than the picture in the listing, and spotlessly clean, this is the place to stay. It is very comfortable with a great, very firm mattress, and is very quiet while being well located in old town not too far from the sea. It is walkable to many other spots of interest. The tram and buses are right at the door step when needed. The only down side to that is if you need a taxi with your luggage it is hard to get one to drop you off or pick you up at the apartment because they're not supposed to stop on the tram tracks. Mike and Val are responsive hosts and made our check-in very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike and Val's apartment and highly recommend it to others. Noah and Adele

Summary: This apartment location was perfectly situated to everything we wanted to do around Nice - restaurants, shopping, and transportation. Apartment itself was roomy and had everything we could need to make the stay comfortable and homey. The owner and manager were also quick to respond when we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Perfect for solo traveler or couple located in the heart of Nice. Public transport on its doorstep with the charm of small businesses and locals surrounding (bakery, butcher, restaurants, fishmonger, amazing kitchen store!, etc). Large public park nearby and only a 7-minute walk to the stunning azur blue sea. Responsive property manager for minor questions. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Summary: Very conveniently located and quiet, looking out over the rooftops at the back of a traditional apartment building. Basic but charming. Reasonably well-equipped although the customary courage for dealing with electricals in France in required. The hosts (local) were prompt when help needed. Happy to stay there again.
