Positive: Great location, very comfortable room, and it had everything as described.
Negative: Although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 p.m., our room was not ready until 5:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned, and the kitchen in particular was in very poor condition. In addition, the cooking utensils provided were insufficient and not suitable for meal preparation. On several occasions, staff members were not available, which made it difficult for us to ask important questions during our stay. Furthermore, the television was not working. We requested assistance to have it repaired, but no one came to fix it.

Positive: The room was well isolated and stayed cool. The air conditioning was very effective (and necessary) but towards the end it started to become very noisy. The little kitchen was good enough but the small and jumbled collection of cutlery and crockery was a bit poor. Mario the contact (an employee, not the owner) was super-helpful and friendly and gave us everythiung we needed.
Negative: The surroundings were very messy - tired and full of junk. This is not the best first impression. The location was such that without a car it's very difficult to stay there. Luckily we had a car.
Summary: Quite OK but not exactly as advertised.

Positive: We mostly liked the terrace and the pool.
Negative: We were supposed to check in at 3pm. When we arrived the staff met us outside and took us to the reception. The reception wasn’t even welcoming as it looked like a box room full of things on the floor and not organised. The staff member told us that the room is not ready and it was already 3pm. He told us to give some time and come back at 3:30 or 4pm. So at 4pm we went back and found out that the room is still not ready. At 5pm we entered the room as the cleaner was ready. The cleaning wasn’t done properly, we found leftover pasta in the oven having a bad smell, the toilet was dirty, ants and spiders on the floor, towels and bed sheets looked dirty and not washed well… We weren’t expecting this at all. It is a shame because the location is lovely. There should be more staff, more organisation and a renovation of the reception as it doesnt welcome people. We thought that we entered a very poor place.

Positive: Very nice, big room with practically everything provided. Cooking utensils, oven, fridge and even a washing machine was right in the apartment. I had some trouble finding reception at first, but when I called, staff was very helpful and even came to check on me later to make sure I found my room ok.
Negative: The only thing not provided which I thought was kind of unusual was towels - I guess they're worried guests will take them to the beach, which is understandable. Bring your own or you can buy one at the property. Bed was a little hard but I slept well so I can't complain.
