Spacious apartment of 80m2 with capacity for 6 people, incredible views of the cathedral and the Alcazaba, newly renovated and very well decorated.
Parquet floors, high ceilings, consists of 2 rooms (one room with a double bed 1.50x1.90m, built-in wardrobe and large bathroom en suite; another with a double bed 1.35x190 and built-in wardrobe).
Large living room with high ceilings up to 6 meters with wooden beams and two large windows from where you can see the city of Malaga and a magnificent perspective of the cathedral. It consists of a cheslong sofa bed (2.80m wide, with bed measures of 1.35x1.90m) ... and two puffs, dining table with capacity for 6 people and 36-inch Smart TV.
Kitchen with utensils and fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, zumera, kettle, 4-ring ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
Air coditioner in all the house.
Two bathrooms with exterior windows, one in one of the rooms with a large shower. The other, located in the hallway of the house next to the living room, with shower and window to the outside. Towels, gel, shampoo dryer included. It has ironing board and iron.
Optional baby cot and baby sheets (25 Eur).
Public parking guarded 24h at 100m (25 Eur / day).

Summary: Myself and a friend went for a long weekend city break. Right from the onset of booking to checking out we were constantly updated and given friendly advice by Mateus. The apartment is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and the showers are nice and hot. The location of the apartment is amazing. So close to everything. I will definitely be returning in the New Year.updated

Summary: Great location to walk everywhere. Plenty of shops and restaurants locally. Very helpful advice from Mateus about Malaga sites and places to eat. The apartment was as seen on VRBO site and had everything we needed. Malaga a good place to visit and would definitely use this apartment again.

Summary: Firstly, the communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. Mateus took us through the electronic door lock / entry process and also sent us recommendations of places to see and where to eat. The apartment is beautiful and has been expertly refurbished. The view of the Cathedral from the living room is spectacular. Calle Alamos and Plaza Merced are great locations with its restaurants cafes and tapas bars and there is a supermarket close by. All in all we would highly recommend this location for a stay in Malaga. We will be back Mateus! Gracias

Summary: Wow ! This was a great accommodation! The apartment was just as advertised. The location was wonderful - we walked everywhere and were well positioned to so many spots we wanted to visit. And as for food!!!!! There are SO many great restaurants, and numerous ones very close by. There's a very well-priced food store in the old Merced Gastromarket. The linens were really nice and plentiful. We were very well taken care of by the manager and had great communication start to finish. You can't be unhappy with this spot. Thank you to our hosts!

Summary: Very comfortable apartment in the perfect location to explore. It is clean, beautifully decorated and the the view at night is spectacular. The hosts, Rubén and Simona, were incredible. I stayed in 4 different locations throughout Spain over a months time and these owners were by far the most pleasant and helpful. The check-in process was very detailed and easy. Everything throughout the apartment is well thought out with the guests in mind. Little extras everywhere you look. They are so very thoughtful. I would definitely stay here if you are heading into Málaga.

Summary: The property is in the perfect location. It is steps away from the square and the old town, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, bars and museums. Everything is in very easy walking distance, including the port. The living room is lovely and comfortable and full of light with an amazing view of the cathedral. The bedrooms are nice although the smaller one is a bit cramped and I couldn't imagine more than one person sharing it. But other than that, I would absolutely recommend staying here as a base to explore the stunning city of Malaga.

Summary: Well equipped and comfortable apartment on the top floor with an elevator. Kitchen worked for us as did the clothes washing machine. Location could hardly be better, steps from Le Merced Square and within a short walk from museums etc. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Train/bus station 25 minute walk or a six Euro cab ride. Owner communicated well in English. My wife and I stayed here for 26 days and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and Malaga and historic towns within a day trip.
