Positive: The location is perfect.

Negative: The apartment has been renovated, but in a hurry way, not very carefully and quite superficially. The property is unmaintained, there is missing lock mechanism of the bedroom door, the toilet seat is broken. There is a musty smell, which is masked with cheap air freshener sticks. It’s looks like clean, but I found a 3-centimeter cockroach in the bedroom.

Summary: Very good location, unmaintained property. Not good value for your money.
