3 Bedroom Cottage in Lane, Weldon

Cozy little lakeside cottage with AMAZING views of beautiful Clinton lake. Set on the front deck and listen to all the sounds of nature while watching all the activity on the lake!! What a great place to unwind. Serene and private setting. This peaceful country property will allow you to unwind and forget about all your worries of everyday life. Custom kitchen cabinets with quartz counter tops and an island large enough to seat 12. The kitchen is the front of the cottage so everyone can enjoy the view while cooking, dining or playing games. One bedroom and bathroom are found on main level and the remaining beds andsecond bedroomsre found in the walkout basement. This cottage is one you will book again and again.
We have plenty of boat trailer parking on the property. The property to the West is private property but feel free to park your boat outside the fence on either side of drive or backed in by dumpster. The yard is not fully fenced in.

Summary: Everything about this home is comfortable and conducive to a relaxing time watching the lake and listening to the sounds of nature. The decor in the room truly embodies the nautical theme and really adds to the joy of the home. We were visiting family in the area and can't wait to return to stay in Charlie's Cottage.

Summary: Charlie’s cottage was amazing. The house was so clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space for us. The cottage is very well stocked. If you are looking to shut off and relax this is the perfect place. The owners Susie and Steve very so quick to respond to question /suggestions. Would definitely rent here again.
