This renovated ranch style vacation home is located just minutes from Clinton Lake. Just 1/2 mile from Mascoutin Pavillion which offers a boat ramp, public beach, bike riding trails, hiking trails, several playgrounds and Boondocks restaurant and bait shop. Logan's Landing is only 2 1/2 miles from the Marina at Clinton Lake which also offers boat launch options. Also at the Marina is Barefoot Cove which offers pontoon boat rentals as well as kayak rentals. The property is just a 15 minute drive to Clinton or Farmer City and only 2 minutes to Dewitt which offers additional food/drink options. You'll appreciate the close proximity to the lake after a fun day out on the water.
The home features 3 bedrooms. The king and queen rooms both have televisions and the third offers xl twin bunk beds and a xl full size bed with slide out trundle bed underneath. Their is also a desk in the bunk room for homework/work projects. 2 full baths that have been renovated and a full laundry room that offers up some beach accessories for your enjoyment during your stay. The kitchen offers a full line of appliances, beautiful new granite counter tops, breakfast bar and fully stocked for your cooking needs. Dining room affords seating for 8 comfortably. Spacious living room to kick up your feet and watch one of the several movies provided. Smart TV's in which Hulu is provided or you can log on to your netflix account using our high speed internet. The walk in closet will house high chair, pack and play and some toys/games for your children's entertainment.
The outside offers BEAUTIFUL sunsets, covered outdoor dining for your whole party, grilling area, firepit, and a cute little outdoor reading "nook" and a extra large back yard. Plenty of parking for multiple boats. Near by bait and tackle shops and wood for purchase for your evening fires. No parties please!
If you want a relaxing IN HOME massage to end your fun day on the lake call Sara and set it up early. She does an amazing job. If you prefer to book in her spa that's an option also and it's a quick drive to her spa in Maroa. $35 for first night and $30 every night after.
We have plenty of boat trailer parking on the property so you don’t have to leave your trailer at the Marina.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Beds were very comfortable and more than adequate supply of towels, additional bedding/blankets, and kitchen supplies. Although the property had been freshly mowed the condition of the outside amenities was disappointing. Grill was not cleaned. Elected not to use it. Front steps and entry very dirty. We swept it ourselves. And the pictured super cute outdoor seating and lighted area was awful. Only one bulb was working in the strand of lights, table filled with bird droppings and generally, game pieces missing, not at all as it was pictured. Property is for sale. Likely the bare minimum is being done to interest renters.

Summary: We stayed here for a wedding. The place was nice. Plenty of room. Didnt use the outside becaused it was a rainy weekend. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of Blankets and pillows for 8 people. I would stay here again. Very nice

Summary: This home is wonderful, and the owners are very accommodating. We stayed here the weekend of my daughter’s weddding at the RAS Hangar. They answered my many messages that were prompted by my ‘unknowing’ which I really appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: From making a reservation to check out I have to give Steve, Susie and their home 5 stars. The bar has been set high for future Vrbo stays. Steve and Susie were very receptive and responses to my many questions. Making the reservation could not have been more simple as was check out. My first impression upon arrival was how well kept and maintained the property was. Upon walking in the house, it felt like home. It has a farmhouse/lake/ aquatic feel. It is very apparent that a lot of time, effort and thought has gone into Logan's Landing. The decor all throughout the house is awesome and everywhere you turn you see something new and interesting. I love the way the home is inviting and relaxing. I was also impressed at how clean everything was. Steve and Susie have put a lot of effort into making sure that the house is stocked with everything you might need. This includes but is not limited to the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and Laundry area. Even the outside common areas have all sorts of items for relaxing or entertaining. Being a mostly solitary traveler and a woman in the older years I felt safe and had the tranquility I need for when I travel. I plan to return to Logan's Landing as often as I can. It's so nice to have a home to go to - thank you Steve and Susie.

Summary: The house was better in person than in the photos. Extremely clean and well maintained. Lots of room on the outside to do whatever needs to get done, stretch your legs or just relax. All modern amenities in the house. Hosts made it feel like home, nicely done.
