Positive: Staff really friendly and helpful. Holiday home was exceptionally clean. Had an issue with one of windows not shutting, maintenance came and sorted it as soon as we reported it. Swimming pool was heated and really good. Bar was good . Really good value for what we paid. Lots of things to do with kids within about 30 minute drive. Very happy with our stay.

Positive: The caravan was clean and fully stocked with kitchen appliances and utensils. The beds were comfy. Comes with a good size fridge, and plenty of storage space. Playground for the kids and the pool area. Local small town. On site self laundry with dryer, operated by using app or cars machine. Small shop on site.
Negative: No cash machine, nearest cash machine is 20 minutes drive in the small local town. The soft pay area was worn out and torn and not clean. The small arcade, even though it was cheap to use, is no good with no access to cash machine. Small shop but not a lot to offer with products. Had a power cut one day took 3 hours to get back on. Couldnt use pool when it was raining ( my kids are special needs and don't care about the weather), due to slip hazard even though it is unsupervised anyway. Reported to be a beach front site but the beach was known for quick sand and there are no signs showing clear footpaths. Started glitching and the excuse was the remote batteries did it. The glass fire kept turning off, and I was told to use the central heating. The childrens disco has small games that made you feel like that wanted to get through the evening quick and I didn't like the idea of the DJ drinking alcohol while entertaining the kids. There was little enthusiasm there too. My husband and I do events and our DJ only drinks soft drinks when he's working. Hidden cost of £50 refundable damage deposit ontop of cost of stay which you have no choice on paying and they don't tell you that in the advert they just message you after you paid in full when booking. My kids went swimming with their dad and even though the pool closes at 5pm , the care taker was already locking the changing rooms at 4:45, so my kids had to walk to the caravan in their swim suit in the cold sharing a towel and my husband had nothing to cover him, which they wouldn't have had to if they could have changes in the rooms that were locked early. Was told by another family the place has been bought by new owners and the place is getting run down and getting worse. They care more about the money, and those buying caravans on their site than those who come for a Holiday. My first stay there and it's my last.

Positive: The pool was brilliant, caravan lovely and spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly. Nice quiet park with plenty of open spaces for children to play racket games etc
Negative: Would have preferred for there to be a restaurant on site for ease of a quick dinner, but we managed the drive into Lancaster to find a meal instead. Most of the rides in the arcades were out of order so the kids couldn't play on them but they were more than happy to play in the soft play area and the park instead.

Positive: The property was nice and clean and the outdoor pool was fantastic for the kids with the weather being so nice. Ladies on reception was friendly and very helpful and polite and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We also enjoyed a stroll on on the bay to watch the eclipse which was only a short walk away I would advise you to take your own towels in which we did with reading previous reviews but it was no trouble at all so we took our own with us 😊
