Summary: Everything was very nice. The only 2 recommendation would be that the elevator area would be as nice as the rest of the place. Also if the front entrance windows were cleaner (first impressions are always recommended).

Summary: The floor was not vacuumed. A big yellow stain on the blanket on the bed. Also the luggage rack on the wall next to the tv fell of the wall when I put my bag on it. Lucky I was not injured with it. The drapery was falling down.The whole hotel is old and needs to be updated. The side door to the side parking lot was not secure, open all night. I was in 103 on the ground level and anyone could have entered through that door. No milk on the breakfast bar and no bread for toast.I will not stay there again.

Summary: Staff was very nice, room was spotless. This was my 3rd stay at comfort it. I will continue to come here when I'm visiting my family.

Summary: It was an awful experience. The first 2 nights I stayed in 324 and my room keys would randomly stop working. In one particular instance I waited for almost an hr trying to get new keys made. There was a sign that said for help use the phone at the end of counter. I made the phone ring non stop for like an hr. My girl friend asked me to book again because it’s very convenient for her to commute too so I did. We get room 427 and the room was very cold and when I used the bathroom the toilet didn’t work and the shower ran brown. We changed rooms to 429 it also was very cold and the shower water was brown. I was very disappointed

Summary: It was a great last minute find and the people working there were so helpful. The Jacuzzi jet tub was absolutely wonderful. The room was super clean.

Summary: Lied about pool and spa. Pool empty. No spa or hot tub at all. I called and verified about pool and mobility room. No pool and a tub. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.
