Summary: This property claims to be newly renovated. It does have some renovations (floor, paint, furniture). However, it was not that clean and lacked bedding - nothing more than a fitted sheet on pullout bed. Good thing we travel with pillows and blankets.

Summary: VRBO assured me there were not hotels on the site, but this was a hotel. We could have paid less if we just walked in. Charged cleaning fee additional FOR A HOTEL and REQUIRED to buy the rental insurance that would not have been charged by the hotel itself.. Room was nice, upgraded and clean.

Summary: The property was newly renovated so was clean. Sparsely furnished though and missing a few of the details like an electric outlet cover and the cover for the fan in the bathroom otherwise it was good

Summary: Just wish the water was hotter in the shower. A suggestion, there should be towels or paper towels in the kitchen area. Also the lock/ key card did not work on the door on 12th Ave. Kathy at the desk was very kind and helpful!
