3 bedroom , 2baths, Set on two acre lot with plenty of parking in very safe neighborhood but very private with wildlife in yard daily. Private entrance and lighted parking. Great street for walking and biking. indoor parking. We are minutes from Sanford Stadium and Athens classic center and many restaurants and shopping. We are in the heart of Georgia lake country with 5 lakes in medium driving range. We are
1 -1/2 hrs from Atlanta and the Atlanta airport. 2 -3 hrs from the Smokie mts. Gatlinburg Tenn. and Dolly-wood. Many other parks and golfing nearby. Augusta Masters 1 -1/2 hours east. Athens is the Rock&Roll Mecca home of B52s ,REM rock bands and others. and of course the UGA Bulldawgs! There is a minimum 2 night stay. Everyone loves our apt. We have gotten at least 4.5 star ratings on other venues. We have hosted football fans, family visits, music tourists,,wedding parties, hurricane refugees, move in transits, etc.

Summary: Our family stayed at Norma’s for UGA parent weekend. This is our second stay and Norma was as helpful and accommodating as always! She responded quickly to all our requests and was able to help us with an extra nights stay.

Summary: This place was fine for a long weekend getaway! Smaller than we are used to, but more than we needed. Norma was quick to respond each time we had a question. She also was thoughtful to leave snacks upon our arrival!

Summary: We had a great stay and Norma was very helpful in sorting out our reservation when VRBO was charging us incorrectly. The space has been recently updated and was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: This rental was spotlessly clean upon arrival and located in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the close proximity to the UGA campus and Norma's hospitality - she left fresh eggs and some breakfast goodies in the refrigerator for us! We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. The property is exactly as pictured and check-in/out was easy because Norma provided all the information we needed in a timely and well communicated fashion. Norma also checks her e-mails regularly, so communicating with her is also a pleasure. If you are traveling to visit UGA or the area, and want a quiet, clean place to stay where you can also bring your pet this is it!

Summary: Donny and Norma were wonderful hosts! We enjoyed the fresh eggs, and my teenage boys really loved being out in a country like atmosphere! This place is a neat little gem close to Watkinsville and Athens! We also were so happy to bring our dog with us! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Summary: Donny and Norma's place has everything you need for an extended stay. This is a perfect location for visiting Athens and Watkinsville. We really enjoyed being in the country and visiting with the chikens and turkeys on site.

Summary: The property was clean, the owners were friendly and very helpful. The location was beautiful with a lot of trees providing fall color. Within a few minutes of anything we wanted to see or do. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Summary: The garage apartment was private, yet close to the main house which was convenient for when Donny brought fresh produce from the garden! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, etc - most importantly the mr coffee maker and filters! The place was very homey and comfortable. The sheets were clean and there was an abundance of clean towels. What really makes this off the charts though is the hospitality of Donny and Norma. Donny is seriously one of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet, and my family and I look forward to staying here again. If you don't know what to do in the area, there are a lot of brochures on the downstairs coffee table. But better yet, I would recommend asking Donny! He responded to my email questions promptly and always offered help - especially grateful for his quick response time when we forgot the keys to the apartment! And we really enjoyed the box of card games as we unwound after a long day moving our daughter into our her new house. Many thanks to Donny and Norma for providing such a great place to stay.

Summary: Donny and Norma provide a great place to rent fully stocked with basic essentials. You can even wash your laundry throughout your stay in the standard size washer and dryer. I love the size of the place and internet service. I was able to catch up on my favorite shows on Netflix. I highly recommend this place. You will definitely enjoy the privacy and the wildlife that randomly appears. My dog Hunter enjoyed chasing the squirrels. However he was unsuccessful because they would scurry up the large oak trees.
