Summary: We loved our time in Watkinsville. It was the perfect small town close to Athens. We really enjoyed all the small shops and local business owners we met. We really loved Wire Park and all the restaurants there. We had a great conversation with the owners of Publica Coffee and learned about their roasting process. We hope to visit again when we're in the area. Georgia is such a friendly place!

Summary: This was the perfect spot to stay for my bf’s dad’s funeral as he lived in Watkinsville . The cottage was clean, very charming and so quiet and cozy. Loved the screened porch for tea in the mornings. Hope to return for longer and for more uplifting reasons.

Summary: The house is lovely. The host was totally accommodating and was able to provide everything that I needed to be able to bake for Thanksgiving. Lovely accomodations. Downstairs bathroom is a bit eclectic but it was all terrific!

Summary: This was a very cute cottage! It also was very well stocked with coffee items and trash bags, etc. Too often, properties leave you with lots of staples you have to buy like toilet paper, coffee filters, and trash bags. We were only there for one night, so it was nice to have those items on hand. I wish I’d had more time to walk in the gardens, etc on the property. I’ve lived in this community for 30 years and always admired this pretty little cottage on the hill. It is just as pretty on the inside.
