Welcome to Cedar Drive! This adorable split-level cottage-style home is located in the heart of downtown Watkinsville, Georgia, and is the perfect rental home for your Georgia game-day weekend, a weekend trip or visiting for the holidays. You can avoid the traffic on gameday weekends and take an Uber or Lyft directly to downtown Athens or Sanford Stadium! With three unique bedrooms and three bathrooms (two full), this house can accommodate families or groups of friends. There are two artistically designed bedrooms upstairs, one featuring a queen-sized bed, the other featuring a queen-sized bed with a lofted twin bed, both with adjacent bathrooms. The third bedroom is downstairs near the common areas and features a double/twin bunk bed, and a half bath.
Both full bathrooms have a tub/shower combo and there are linens and towels available for use.
This rental has one outdoor grill (bring your own gas), a fire pit beautifully positioned under lovely trees draped in outdoor lights and a tranquil creek at the back at the property for those who love to cook and entertain outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities guests need to prepare delicious meals-including toaster, instant pot, air-fryer, and more. The dining room has a stunning view of back of the property and is perfect for enjoying meals with friends and family.
There is one TV with Roku access for streaming in the living room. Guests can surf the web using the complimentary wireless Internet access (AT&T Fiber).
One queen-size air mattress, as well as one twin-size air mattress are available for guests who need extra sleeping accommodations. (Bedsheets provided)

Summary: We had a great 2 night stay at this well appointed home very conveniently located to all the college activities we needed to be present for . Comfortable beds, master bedroom was fantastic. 1/2 bath downstairs off kitchen with a set of bunk beds . The other bedroom had a full bath upstairs as well. The only thing to be aware of is a rather steep set of stairs from parking car area, well lit but steep for an elderly person to enter the home . Super communicative, and the home was clean and had amazing extra's like toiletries and coffee! Would happily stay again!

Summary: Don’t bother paying a fortune to stay in Athens! This lovely cottage is convenient and offers amenities an overpriced hotel room does not. Nicest hosts we may have ever worked with!

Summary: Everything was great- there are a lot of stairs for anyone with “mature” guests. Should be a consideration. Lacked proper toaster, corkscrew, and no soap/bodywash for the bathrooms. But overall. A lovely space for guests to stay and co-mingle.

Summary: This house was small, but just perfect for our visit to the area. It gave us space to rest, with ample bathrooms, and yet we found ourselves around the kitchen table and sofa catching up between events. That made it perfect and we left with our hearts full. I would stay again. Great safe location close to town and minutes away from anything. We saw 4 deer and a natural creek. It was lovely.

Summary: The home was immaculately cleaned and organized. It is 100 yards from a massive brand new playground. Had a fun backyard for the kids (swings, trampoline). It felt like being in the mountains. We used the coffee maker, dish washer and washing machine - all worked great. No complaints! Would stay there again.
