Summary: Our family stayed here for our son's wedding. The place is spacious and had room for all of us. It's in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable. It worked out great for us. The host is very quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Summary: My husband and i stayed for 4 days to celebrate our son's wedding. We were joined by our other son and his wife for one of the nights. Property is easily accessible from I 380 and was an easy drive to the venue, and shopping. It snowed 2 or 3 times and the driveway/walkways were promptly cleared. Very spacious home. Nice to have TV's in all bedrooms

Summary: Home was very nice and spacious. Had everything that you needed. Very comfortable and homey. Owner was quick to answer any questions that was asked. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Alex's rental met our needs for my daughter's graduation from U of Iowa. The property was set up for long rentals and needs a few more short term amenities. Some patio/yard furniture would be nice and a little more furniture in the basement. If you're prepared for a tailgate like atmosphere for a home football game this place measures up. It was very helpful for my family as we traveled from all over and would have needed several hotel rooms. There were hiccups but the owner and manager worked with us and were responsive. Go with an open mind and a college rental mentality rather than a lux getaway. Thanks for a good weekend.
