Positive: After a rocky start and the ROOM was actually set up after some confusion about our arrival it was as the picture presents here on the site. Nicely decorated and comfortable bed, pillows, furnishings. The room is warm . Had a single burner plate for cooking and a microwave. Other rooms had full cooking facilities, stove and dishwasher. It is one room with a shower and toilet room. Not 2 bathrooms as stated . Laundry room is on site and has washer and dryer. Has everything needed for a short stay. Carnegie Main Street has incredibly good food and is walkable , secure gated parking area for 4 cars on site and spaces on road area also easy to find.
Negative: The website on booking.com needs to update its photos and descriptions to explain that this is not one unit. It is a group of 6 units, 4 opening to a common courtyard. I see the appeal if this is presented on the site and people know they are with other customers. I think it is deceiving as a customer to arrive to what states one studio apartment and find a communal living set up in the back yard. As a female Traveller i would not book this though the handy man did apply a room latch at our request. 2 sit at the front. 4 units open to the area in the back yard. Bins at property are insufficient for this many units . could see it as a great spot for a wedding group or a large family meet up.

Positive: The queen sized bed was exceptionally comfortable and huge (size of 2 single beds); lovely bed linen. Shower room was bright and clean. Powerful shower. Studio was more spacious and brighter than I was expecting.
Negative: It was difficult to find the key safe despite the instructions and photos provided.
Summary: I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again.
