Summary: The main thing for me was that this listing is one of the only that says infants (1yr old) are welcome, whereas most others are not suitable for infants. Great location near many shops, great coffee and train station. The apartment is south facing, so perhaps a tad dark/cold, but that's not necessarily a criticism, just a comment. Host excellent to communicate with and I believe the place now has an infant high chair!
