This charming home features a very open floor plan that allows an easy flow between the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room is very tastefully decorated and features plenty of comfortable seating around the flatscreen TV, as well as a desk that provides plenty of space for working from home. This room features direct access to the patio through the large glass sliding doors, where you will love spending your mornings, days, and evenings! There is an outdoor dining table, gas grill, and firepit, all surrounded by lush nature to offer privacy while you enjoy your time outside. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee or have a cocktail under the stars!
The kitchen is completely remodeled and makes for a chef's dream! The location could not be better to walk to the beach, watch the horses and explore the forest preserve or jump on the bikes and explore the rest Sea Pines. The cleanliness was excellent, you never know when you stay at a dog friendly rental and everything was so clean. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was easily the nicest pet-friendly home we have EVER rented. What a treat to actually have clean, comfortable accommodations and our dog with us. The home is nicely updated, very spacious, well-appointed with everything we needed, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood safe for the kids to bike around, centrally located to South Beach and Harbour Town, quick bike or walk to the horses and beach. We didn’t miss having a pool because the ocean water ended up being warm enough to swim later in the week and we mostly like to bike-adventure on Spring Break. Seems when we did visit friends with pools they were all freezing cold this week anyway. The rental agency was easy to deal with, very communicative and the home was super clean with ALL (and then some) of starter items left in little gift bags (I’m talking 4 tide pods and dishwasher pods, plenty of garbage bags, sponge, dish soap, hot pads), more than enough towels and bedding. Maybe my post-covid standards slacked or we made excuses for the rental group we usually use, because it was noticeably better. I don’t know what our future travel plans look like but I would totally rent this place again.
