Beautifully landscaped property in a quiet neighborhood less than 200 yards from the Ocean. 10 minute walking distance to 1st and second beaches and a short drive to Newport center.
3 bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen and a room which can be configured as a king or 2 twins. Living room has a tiled accent wall with a linear fireplace and a 55" recessed flat screen TV. Finished basement with a family room and 65" flat screen TV, game room (with air hockey table) and a bathroom. Laundry on the 1st floor.
Fully furnished, eat-in kitchen supplied with all the basics and more: dishes, utensils, glassware, pots and pans, coffee maker (Keurig) etc. All linens, towels, blankets, comforters, bed bug protectors supplied for high season short term renters and optional for longer term winter rentals.

Summary: We had a great week at 19 White Terrace! The house was very clean and the location could not have been better. Beaches to walk to and lots of good restaurants within walking distance as well. Chuck, the owner, was super helpful providing a thorough pdf with loads of recommendations for restaurants and things to do! He also suggested the Cliff Walk and the reed elephant exhibit which was incredible!

Seascape is located in a quiet and perfectly situated neighborhood to both beaches and many things to do. Summary: A beautiful home close to everything and the beaches. 4 adults and one child stayed here and it was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was clean and updated. The fireplace was a nice touch as well as the heated toilet seat! The location of this home is top notch. We really enjoyed traveling from florida to stay here and enjoy the beauty of Newport.

Summary: We’ve stayed at a number of VRBO’s in Middletown over the years and this one was our favorite. Great location, close to 2nd beach with an open yard and plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean and we all slept wonderfully in the beds and sheets provided. The AC works great and was a nice touch upon returning back from a long day at the beach.
