Positive: Lovely property - very well furnished and clean. In a walkable distance to downtown Santa Monica while also having lots of shops and cafes on the doorstep. A very quiet and lovely neighbourhood.

Negative: There wasn't the normal oven and hob in the kitchen. There were plug in appliances for those instead. They worked fine but were a little awkward to use.

Positive: Wonderful Host, great location with walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store Great neighborhood…if your destination is Santa Monica and in need for specious space and many rooms this is the perfect place for you Again the host Jaleh was wonderful and so accommodating and helpful
Negative: Not fully equipped Kitchen (due to city regulations) and its a kitchenette but it was enough for us and our needs and very spacious
