Positive: We very much enjoyed the host and their 3 bedroom unit in the heart of DC north (Logan Circle), a parking pass was furnished. The house was well apportioned and every need was met. Easy in and out. When I say well-stocked, I mean WELL stocked, plenty of towels, amenities, snacks and towels. If you want to be close to the heart of the attractions with simple access to transportation, this is it.
Summary: Logan Circle area....Close to downtown attractions but with the quaintness of a residential flat.

Positive: The property was really amazing and the host was incredible too, the self check-in was easy, the house/checkout rules were clear. The house was really pleasant in terms of decor and amenities. Close to the bus/metro for the city center, all in all an amazing place to stay.

Positive: This property had everything you need for a stay and then some. Generously had breakfast bars and snack for our arrival. Everything you needed for cooking at home, vs eating out every night. Restaurants around the property were close by and an easy walk (if possible make reservations). We walked to Whole Foods (down Rhode Island Ave) for groceries on the afternoon of our arrival, and if you're looking for great wine and cheese, take a trip there (they even have bags to bring with you to carry your groceries back). If you're up for a 20 min. walk, its a straight shot down 11th, around the corner, to get the HOHO Bus. We ubered from here alot, using our app and 3 min wait to get picked up; very convenient everywhere in DC. The house had a bathroom on each of the 3 levels; the laundry had soap and fabric softener (we brought our own), but it was available; easy wifi access, comfortable seating at days end to rest our tired feet. All in all, when we go back to DC in the future, if available we would stay here again.
Negative: The only minor concern was water pressure in the showers, took quite a bit of time for hot water to get to the 2nd and 3rd floor and the water pressure could use a bit of an increase. If your country people like us and used to the quiet, know that you're in a city and sirens abound. Choose the back bedrooms over the front for a more quiet nights sleep. And this is preference only, but the mattress on the bed on the 2nd floor could be replaced, very soft and not super supportive. But, at days end we were so tired from our full days and 19,000 steps we crashed.
Summary: Highly recommend a stay at 1400 RI Ave. Has everything you need, and our host was very communcative

Negative: The main floor was quite chilly.It made it uncomfortable to hang out. We couldn't find where to turn up the heat on the main floor.
