Positive: This is a clean, modern apartment with all the amenities you could want. I liked that other residents were renters so it was quiet and safe. There was a receptionist in the lobby that helped us getting in. It was walking distance to attractions.
Negative: Not enough parking on site so we had to park in a garage a few blocks away. Didn't use car but had to walk luggage in the rain to the apartment.
Summary: Convenient, clean, modern apartment with great amenities.

Positive: The location is excellent. Bed was super comfortable and the house had everything we needed.
Negative: The floors were not cleaned and we found dust/hair in multiple locations. I am also not convinced they washed the comforter with the amount of stray hairs we found, so we washed that and the sheets before sleeping - not ideal. Getting the keys and door code was a bit interesting, but ultimately worked and had no issues during our stay.
Summary: Worth it for the location and cost - but it wasnt the cleanest.
