Fangar Vell is a rural house located on a plot of 8000m2 on the outskirts of the town of Campanet, specifically in the Fangar Valley. The Fangar Valley is a mountainous area of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO site. Located north of Mallorca is the largest and largest mountain range on the island. Fangar Vell was initially built by my ancestors as a country house and as a place for grazing animals (19th century). Later it was renovated by my grandfather and later by my family.
The house counts:
* With three bedrooms one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds; all with air conditioning, clothes closets and bedside tables.
* 1 kitchen (with a small pantry) equipped with all kinds of appliances: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster ...
* 2 full bathrooms.
* 1 living room with 2 sofas, table-dining table with 5 chairs, satellite TV and air conditioning.
* 1 hall with a work fireplace with a table, a piece of furniture with books to read, several chairs and 3 rockers to be comfortable and relaxed.
* WIFI connection throughout the house completely free.
* Alarm system to protect the house.
* Ultrasonic system for mosquitoes, flies, ...
The whole house is decorated with typical elements of the Mallorcan country. The house also has private parking for 3 cars or other vehicles, large garden of 8000m2 (with pines, holm oaks, carob trees, olive trees, high cypresses, ...) large outdoor terrace (around the pool): with two umbrellas, four sun loungers and a table with six chairs. It also has an upper terrace which is accessed by a staircase located next to the house. This upper terrace has an umbrella, two sun loungers and a table with chairs (it is above the house, it is ideal to see the rushes at night, sunbathe or dine in the light of the stars). In the garden around The house also has a portable barbecue, solarium for sunbathing and modern saltwater pool that takes care of the skin (6.5mx3.5mx1.6m).
Along the garden there are also several very picturesque sites such as an area between pine trees where you can find sun loungers to rest or a table and chairs built with the same rocks as the farm.
However, the most charming of this rural house are its wonderful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana, Mount Fangar and the pine and oak forest that surround the house. This spectacular environment provides the privacy and tranquility that customers are looking for for an unforgettable vacation in one of the most beautiful paradise in the world: Mallorca!

Summary: We had Miquel’s finca for 10 days. The pool and garden were wonderfully beautiful. Our little son (4 years old) splashed around in the pool every day. We always played hide and seek in the garden — it’s big enough for that. Parking directly on the property is possible but requires some skill, as the driveway is a bit narrow. We had a Cupra Formentor, and it fit. We can absolutely recommend this finca.”

Summary: we stayed here middle of September. communication with Miquel was great, he spoke great english, he responded quickly, and was great with checking in and being flexible and accommodating anything we needed! the house was well stocked with garbage bags, paper towel, utensils, pots/pans, water bottles, towels, and other basic needs. the property was very nice, however it was definitely dolled up in the listing photos. it was not staged like it is in the photos, and it was very dark inside. the shutters were all closed and were not super easy to open (open from the outside), especially since you are asked to close them anytime you leave the property. the beds werent very comfortable, and the quality of the sheets/towels/blankets seemed cheap. the house felt/smelled musty and like mildew and dampness. the outside was nice, but unfortunately you couldn’t stay outside for long as the mosquitoes were horrible. obviously not the property’s fault, but be aware of the mosquitoes outside (and little ants inside the house). the driveway was narrow and tricky to maneuver as there are big rocks bordering the driveway. it was pretty frustrating trying to turn our small car around in a small area with rocks all over. I would not take a big car into the driveway. the house was very remote- tucked way back off a one-way street, it was about a 15-min drive back to the house off the main road, down a windy, narrow street with TONS of bikers all the time, so don't speed. it was too remote for us.

Summary: Perfect location and house for our family of five with three older children. The owners were easily contactable and helpful in every way, and the location, in a private spot with absolutely nothing overlooking the house, yet a short 20 minute or so drive into Pollença, was ideal.

Summary: The location is perfect: very quiet and private with beautiful views of the valley and mountains beyond. It's also within reasonable driving distance from the town of Pollenca and the beaches of Port de Pollenca. The house is very clean and comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms.The kitchen is a little on the small side, but has everything you would expect to find in rented accommodation. What i didn't like was the double bed, it was too small and the mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The bed linen didn't fit properly and needs replacing. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: The villa is located in a very peaceful and quit location, was clean, tidy, and well presented in the traditional style. We had a walm welcome and shown all the relevent utilities. The swimming pool was well maintained and a blessing in 40 C temperature. The beds were comfortable and nicely air-conditioned, apart from the poor under sheet which kept coming off the mattress whenever you moved around. The kitchen was functional if not a bit small, but not an issue to us as we either BBQ'd or went out for a meals. Overall my family & I had a wonderful week in a comfortable villa with a great swimming pool, visiting the local beechs, water park & eating at local restaurant.

Summary: A really pretty house with a lovely pool and a wonderful garden. The garden is huge with great views and lovely hammocks under the trees for relaxing in. The location is very rural and quiet yet only 10 minutes to Campanet and 20 to Pollenca. The house is a little old fashioned but the beds were comfy and the pool and terrace area were well equipped with loungers, chairs and umbrellas. Miquel and his family were very welcoming. Miquel was very helpful answering all our queries promptly.
