Summary: Can’t say enough good things about this house and property. Completely secluded to give you the feel as if you are on some remote camping trip, yet all the comforts and amenities to make you feel relaxed and pampered. Views were beautiful as well. The owner Phil was a pleasure to deal with and made the process extremely easy. We will definitely look to book this property again.

Summary: Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Phil's getaway in Stroudsburg. We stayed cool, despite the 90+ degree heat because of the amazingly green and beautiful property (and working AC's). We played Ping Pong, Pool and board games on the ground floor of the barn, using the top floor as a bedroom for 2. The artwork in the main house is amazing! While the house was smaller than expected, 7 adults were able to sleep comfortably in the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen and living room worked well for cooking and eating meals, and watching TV. The best part of this experience was owner, Phil, who was very responsive to our requests. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: Our family stayed here for a weekend getaway from the city and to celebrate my Mom's birthday. The property is so big and well maintained! The sunset is as beautiful as the picture shows. We explored the woods a bit and found a ton of wild raspberry bushes! The house is very well stocked with supplies/tools for a BBQ or any kind of cooking. The barn is a great place for late night hanging out and keeps the 'late night' folks away from the ones that want to go to sleep early, like me! The house is showing its age in certain parts but is cozy and we did not lack anything. The owner is in the process of some repairs which will make it even better. My Mom said she had the best time of her life staying here so I am sure we will look to come back next year and I would recommend this place to friends.

Summary: Home is as advertised, peaceful with a lot of space to enjoy. Phil was a pleasure to work with, we had some minor issues that he was able to address quickly. This is somewhere we would definitley stay again.

Summary: This was an excellent place to stay at. It provides a nice secluded feeling where you can get away from the noise of the city. It is close enough to a town, however, if you need to drive down and pick up some food. Phil is great to work with and is easy to contact. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing time with great views

Summary: Beautiful house and land, everything as pictured and working well. The owner Phil provided great directions and activity suggestions and checked in remotely to ensure that everything was going well. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful weekend in the Poconos.

Summary: Had a great time at this place. It feels remote which is the whole point of getting out to the mountains (unlike many Pocono area rentals). Has a great view and a cool art studio/game house with pool table/ ping pong bar. Highly recommend, I have stayed here twice.

Summary: The property is exactly what we were looking for. Private, large, peaceful and fun. The bedrooms in the house were very nice. And then barn was awesome. We had a fire going all weekend. I would absolutely recommend renting this property for a weekend of fun with family or friends. Also... very easy to get to from NJ which was a great bonus.
