Positive: While the food was good, the cleanliness and attention to some of the product dispensers was lacking. I wanted granola on my oatmeal, it was stuck in one big hunk. The orange juice tastes funky like the dispenser had not been thoroughly cleaned.(34 years in food service industry)

Negative: White stuff floating in the Pool and the Hot Tub was overflowing and controlled by an emergency on and off switch; we didn’t risk either; we were also concerned the sheets may not have been changed after the previous occupant, but didn’t say anything.

Positive: Breakfast was great and the facilities were clean and updated! The beds were comfortable and we appreciate the solid surface flooring in place of carpet. The room was spacious and included a desk area.
Negative: The TV was tricky, there were printed instructions on the table. It took several tries before we could get it to work.
Summary: We enjoyed our stay and slept well!

Positive: The desk person was kind enough to find some WD-40 to lube the bathroom door hinges which were squeaky and would have woken us up during the night. Very much appreciated. Pool area is great!
Negative: The bed was fairly comfortable but very very stiff.

Negative: I’m retracting my positive review. I booked and paid through booking .com and the hotel had my credit card info and charged my card. They said it was just a hold which is a lie. They stole 625.20 from my account. My bill I paid was $514.04 called to speak to a manager twice and NO call back! Had to go to my bank to dispute the charge.very stressful dealing with this and will never use this hotel again.
