Positive: Location was perfect and right in the heart of Cedar Falls Main Street. I really liked the W/D unit and other appliances. The bed was perfect, although I could have used an extra blanket or two. Parking was ideal, and I never got a ticket, however the signs say there's no overnight parking allowed. I would definitely stay here again.
Negative: The skylight in the bedroom let in a lot of light in the morning, but I bought an eye mask to take care of that problem. The right bathroom sink was slow to drain so I used the left one instead. The kitchen lights flickered at times, and I couldn't figure out how to turn on the two main ceiling lights. The noise from the bar downstairs was really loud at night, but a white noise app was a perfect solution.
