Summary: I very much enjoyed my stay, even though it was quite brief. I was welcomed warmly, my room was clean and comfortable, and i enjoyed being able to get a glass of wine before heading out for the evening. I appreciate it. The efforts to be more Eco, friendly with recycling in the room and use of real plates and forks, and wine glasses

Summary: Had the unexpected rude interaction with the floor manager been normal oppose to aggressively belligerent i would have given 4 stars. Everyone was nice and acoomadating there. I asked one simple question for clarification and maybe she was having a bad day but she went into a ghetto unprofessional rant til i still calmly explained i was a gold member and began recording then she understood my simple question and became sooo nice. Never experienced that ay any Marriot or other hotel for that matter. Especially since it wasn't a question that even warrented any sort of offense to be taken...🤔
