Summary: When we booked this trip there were several amenities listed that went into why we booked and upon arrival at the property none of those things were there. And upon asking the front desk gentlemen he kind of laughed and said those hadn’t been available in a long time they just didn’t update the list. It was pretty disappointing for me and my child and other family. The staff was very nice I just didn’t appreciate not having the amenities we had booked for

Summary: Myself and my husband only stayed 1 night but it was nice. We most definitely enjoyed the food , pool and the beautiful sitting area inside and out. The vibe was pleasant. Everyone was nice and polite. Front desk was on point and courteous. Check in and out was fast. The Food service ladies were amazing. We had an excellent stay.

Summary: Great location and VERY clean. The room and amenities were clearly well cared for. Spacious room and pool was nice. My only complaint is the elevator. There was an issue where it went to every floor up and down even If no button was pressed. It needs fixed. Beside that, I would recommend this to everyone. They even had complementary bag check which made checking in easier for us when we arrived early.

Summary: I enjoyed the shops surrounding the hotel! My kids (18 yrs old) walked to restaurants and to the movies, and I didn't have to worry because we all felt safe. The hotel was quiet which we loved. The beach was only a few minutes away which was also nice altho the hotel staff didn't help very much with giving directions so we went to another hotel to ask where to go for things to do. I gave my overall stay a 3 because the hotel staff were not nice or helpful with anything, so we had to figure things out on our own. It also didnt help that the elevator didn't work. I am on crutches and had to walk down 3 flights of stairs. At check out the guy never acknowledged the inconvenience or simply saying, I hope you enjoyed your stay.

Summary: Staff was very courteous, facility was in great shape . Room and shower were clean . Pool was well maintained. Overall great experience. Only concern was when i ask the staff for late check out they couldn't let it be no later than noon . A lot of properties let you check out like 1 pm specially when you are marriott bonvoy member , which apperently didnt apply to me as i booked my reservation through hotels.com Other than that 5 star , i highly recommend this place
