Summary: We got lucky to be in New Orleans during the January 2025 snowstorm, which caused our flight to be canceled. This cozy 1-bedroom rental was just perfect for our extended stay. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to stay an extra night with so much empathy and offering assistance whenever we needed it. The parking was easy and convenient, and the location had a couple of bars right next door. Despite that, we didn’t hear any noise, which made for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: The property is in a perfect location and is walking distance to the St Charles streetcar along with many restaurants and coffee shops! It is exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly! Would definitely stay again.

Summary: Great location! Perfect cozy 1 bedroom condo just 1 mile from Tulane in Uptown area of New Orleans. It is also just 1.5 blocks back from St. Charles Avenue. Everything is within walking distance including bars and restaurants on Maple Street. WiFi worked well too so I was able to also work Some each day. Owners live on the property so available if needing anything. Kitchen is complete. Shower has fantastic water pressure! We felt very safe and secure there as well as very comfortable too! We will return!

Summary: We SO enjoyed staying here! The location was ideal for easy walking distance to Tulane's campus, the streetcar, and terrific restaurants, bars, and shops. The place was super clean and the washer and dryer were a wonderful add-on for us to pack to go home with clean clothes.

Summary: This place is perfect for a couple who want to experience NOLA in a way that is much more peaceful than the experience you may have in the French Quarter. You will be close to many fabulous restaurants and local bars, and you'll be within walking distance of the St. Charles Streetcar line that is a convenient way to get downtown or to the Garden District. All of this is complemented nicely with an owner/manager team that are quick to respond and are, honestly, the best manager/owner team I have ever rented from on any short-term rental platform. We will be back to rent this property when we return to The Big Easy. Laissez le bon temps rouler.

Summary: This is a cute, comfortable property. The yard is well-maintained and fenced. Parking was easy. The location is fantastic, within a short distance of the St. Charles Streetcar line, and not far from Tulane and Loyola Universities and Audubon Park. The bed and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen well-equipped. We had some communications hiccups with the manager, but overall really enjoyed our stay.
