It is walking distance to South Kingstown Town Beach (beach pass included for SK town beach) ,East Matunuck Beach, Theatre By The Sea, local grocery store, Carpenters fresh fruit & vegetable stand, Ocean Mist, The Pub, Matunuck Pizza, St Romuald church, deep hole fishing and surfing and our local ice cream stand. Available nightly off summer weeks.

Summary: Immaculate cottage with all the amenities !! Bob even provided us with a lobster pot and crackers for the claws. We loved the back deck and outside shower. Great location for bike riding, kayaking and beaching. A gem we would love to return to.
