Positive: New & warm house. Comfortable and good size rooms. Nice bathroom and dishwasher. Informative directions and info about the house.
Negative: bed mattresses are way too hard and not comfortable as we can feel the springs. The downstair sofa is the same.

Positive: Great value for money Good access to motorway Coffee and sugar were stored in a jar instead of those pesky sachets. Great as long as those before you were also hygienic Suitably equipped to replicate the home environment such as full cooking facilities, dishwasher, washing machine. Easy to access designated parking No regrets in choosing this property as it suited my wants and needs for this visit. I would consider the property again if I had similar needs.
Negative: No hand towels or face cloths Walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbouring unit quite easily especially the closet being opened and closed for their early morning checkout Couldn't find a squeegee or similar to clean shower despite a general notice to clean after each use Unsure about where to place rubbish when bin was full. There was a note to remove rubbish but exactly where to.... Definitely wasn't taking it in the car to find somewhere to dump it.

Positive: Loved the stay! Very spacious, clean, had parking, had all the essentials - laundry, detergent, drying rack, etc. Toilet on both levels was a plus too. Really exceeded our expectations.
Negative: Nothing that we didn't like. It was a wonderful stay! Loved every bit of it. Thanks to the host!

Positive: Awesome locations, very clean. Couch is very uncomfortable with springs digging in. Mattress could be better as well. Otherwise beautiful clean property.

Positive: this is a very nice property and was definitely worth the money. nice clean little area and is pretty close to the motorway so easy if travelling to and from the city. comes with kitchen utensils so there is no need to worry about bringing any with you. also comes with a washing machine which is super handy if your planning on staying for a while. has all your basic necessities all you need to worry about is bringing your own food and water.
Negative: a little bit of a pain getting into the driveway since there is no right turn from the road so you’d have to go all the way around. also the beds are a tiny bit on the harder side if your used to super soft mattresses. they are still comfortable to sleep on though.
Summary: all in all we absolutely loved our stay!

Positive: well equipped, everything brand new condition. Good location for dropping rental cars off near Airport or Park & Ride into Auckland.
Negative: mattress was too small for the double bed frame.
