Private Cottage located in the foothills of North Carolina, between Charlotte and Asheville. Just 15 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center TIEC, 2 minutes from the Faceb**k Data Center, 8 minutes from restaurants and shopping, across the street from the Squirrel Nest Farm - a horse boarding stable.
This cozy 450 sqft cottage is located on 15 acres of quiet forest land. Additional parking available for small - medium size trailers. Our humble home is across the driveway and we can respond quickly if there is a need. Your privacy is of utmost importance, so we'll keep a low profile. Of course, we'd love to meet you and have some conversation if you'd like.
This cottage has a queen size bed and a full kitchen. An additional queen size air bed is also available as the second bed. Please let us know in advance if you need a second bed. Thank you!

Summary: This was just the perfect place for us. Out of the way, in a cozy cottage that was very homie. The location Is beautiful, the hosts were very helpful, and we would definitely come back in the future!

Summary: Enjoyed this property so much!! Owners were great with our schedule and gave us privacy. It was a great halfway point for seeing family at Jellystone. It was cost effective as Jellystone cabins are so expensive. We hope to go back again!! Many thanks to the owner!!

Summary: This little cottage was very convenient and one of the most comfortable VRBO properties we've used (big thumbs on on the bed). Small but laid out quite well. Hosts are friendly and most accommodating.

Summary: Fantastic setting for the quiet weekend that we had envisioned. We could not ask for anything more than that was provided for our stay. The place clean, well furnished, well stocked with the necessities, and there was no interruptions. All information needed to access the property was clearly included with the welcome letter. WOULD HIGLHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD CERTIANTLY STAY AGIAN.
