Summary: Just a quick weekend stay for a softball tournament and this booking worked out perfect for us. House was clean and comfortable, location was great. Beds were comfortable. Check in process was super simple. Would book again.

Summary: We have stayed at many rentals and this was definitely the best place. It is a very cute duplex. The beds were very comfortable. It is a very quiet neighborhood and appears very safe. And the host communicated wonderfully.I would definitely recommend this place!

Summary: Clean and cute. Water got very hot which is a concern with kids. Also the listing says there is a futon in the living room so it sleeps 5 but there is no futon just a sofa so I would have not rented had I known since we had 5 people and didn’t plan to make someone sleep on the sofa. Even when I questioned the owner, they replied it was just a sofa. This listing should be updated for accuracy.

Summary: The unit was very clean and cute. The beds are super comfortable! A few mentions, not necessarily cons, the neighbors in the adjoining unit were very loud until very early in the morning (3-4am). Also, when we got back from our event, our entire unit smelled heavily of weed. There are no blinds in the "yellow" room, just sheer curtains, which makes it a little vulnerable at night. The main road by the unit can get a little noisy, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

Summary: There was no mention on the listing that this is a duplex. We heard banging against the wall until 1am. Right on the other side of the wall where we heard the banging was our bed! We would not have booked if we knew it was a duplex. The toilet ran off and on the entire time. About every 5 mins. Anyone cleaning in there would be aware of this. I noticed someone else mentioned the sheer curtain in the yellow room. Literally zero privacy in that room. We actually hung up the throw blanket on that window just to have privacy.. When I took a shower this morning the water kept getting scolding hot randomly. Definitely wont be staying again and people should be aware of this.
