Summary: We were in town for a basketball tournament and needed a place to stay. This was a perfect spot. Close to downtown for places to eat and hang then close to the venues we needed to travel. It sits on the edge of a what looks like a rough neighborhood but we had zero issues. We basically were only there to sleep. Very convenient parking lot across the street from property. Owner was very responsive and a great host. Would stay here again.
