Summary: It was a good property with great water pressure and very clean and I was very satisfied with my visit.

Summary: The owner was responsive and helpful. The rental was neat and clean, but was very compact and a little dated. Mostly, I was disappointed in the “Waterfront” description. It was waterfront to a cove with dirty water and tons of turtles. It did have a firepit, but all four legs were broken. We had hoped to fish and enjoy the outdoors while we took care of some business. It didn’t happen.

Summary: My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights but we didn't want to leave. The owner is nice and responsive. We didn't need anything but they checked in too make sure we were good. This lake house is perfectly located right off Lake Livingston. It was only 2 of us but it's definitely big enough for a larger family. The master bed is very comfortable. The house is stocked with pretty much everything you need. Nice big deck for fishing (we caught quite a few channel cats off the dock) saw lots of turtles and a few pretty big gars. Has a big patio for outdoor eating. Nice boat lift for evening draining. It's far enough in the canals there no waves to really worry about beating up your boat at night. We brought our jet ski and put 10 hours on it in 4 days. Fished from the jet ski, caught a few bass. My daughter caught a 10lb striped bass! Stopped at an island and swam. Lake Livingston is huge!!! Gas stations nearby for re-fueling. Talked to the neighbors across the water a little, very nice older couple. This Lake house has everything you need to make some great memories! We will surely be back. 10 ⭐'s if possible!!!!! 😁

Summary: Perfect for what I needed it for owner was super nice. Reached out to me about the rental to see if I had any problems and there where none. Over all a great stay if I'm back in that area I will definitely stay there again
