Summary: Beautiful lake home in a quiet clean neighborhood. The house is clean and well maintain inside & out. All the amenities that you need for a quiet relaxing stay. Excellent host kept us well inform and quick response to any questions and/or issues. Great dock for enjoying the lake, also include kayaks if you like to use them. Summary: The house looks just like the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The Deck was amazing and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck. We brought down two jet skiis and we were able to get them out of the water every night with the convenient lifts. We did not get a chance to use the kayaks...next time! I would definitely stay again and will recommend to all my friends!

Summary: Amazing lake house! Perfect lake location, great views from house (from every room!), well stocked baths, kitchen & laundry room, dock was great for swimming, fishing, boat lift a major plus, and the rope swing & kayaks were a big hit with the 18 year olds!! Oh this mom did it too! The house is small but you don’t even notice it because the layout made it seem twice as big! The back porch was perfect with a gas grill and we can’t wait to go back to use the fire pit table (and the wood fire pit in the yard)! Games galore! Played corn hole and sung karaoke on the back porch at night. Don’t worry if you forget anything because they have you covered which added such a personal touch (extra tooth brushes, make up wipes, etc). Will be back very soon!

Summary: Over the top! My wife and I enjoyed five nights at this amazing property on the shores of Lake Livingston. The hosts have created a "home away from home" experience with every convenience a guest would want. The amenities provided allow a guest to focus on creating lasting memories. From having your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake... to fishing off the boat dock... to kayaking, or doing flips off the rope swing... or to finishing the day sitting around the fire, this property has everything a quest needs to enjoy the lake life. Summary: The house looks small from the front, but it's very nice inside. It has a bedroom on either side with a view of the lake and a large open living room in the center with a great view of the deck and lake. The owners have thought of everything from supplies in the kitchen to extra toiletries and robes in the bathrooms. They also have plenty of games and entertainment for a family stay. There is a large deck with plenty of seating, a grill and stairs down to the boat house, fire pit and hammock. We came for rest, so we didn't even end up using the kayaks we had planned to. We just enjoyed a lazy weekend with a great view in this quiet lake neighborhood. Hosts were helpful and accessible. Thank you for sharing your home!
