One acre lake front property on Indian Hills Peninsula. Perfect location and amenities for Family Reunions, Ladies Weekend, or Guys Fishing retreat. Smores at the lakeside firepit, star gazing from the roof of the boathouse, and fishing (catfish, bass, gar) from the illuminated boathouse. Kids will enjoy endless hours of swinging from the rope swing and swimming off the dock. Home is equipped with high speed internet and bluetooth speaker down at the dock.
Guests also have access to an air conditioned treehouse, paddleboards, kayaks, detached game room equipped with beer fridge and pool table, water mat down at the dock, and uncovered side slip for personal boats/PWC.
Interested in fishing this Fall and Spring ? Blake (pictured in our fish pictures) is available to provide tips and tricks to catch just about anything off our dock ! You can pay him directly for his services and time - he knows everything about the lake :)

Summary: The house was perfect for a family weekend with plenty of room. The dock was great for hanging out and getting sun! Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors! The home owner is very accommodating with check in/out and use of their things. Overall great place to stay on the lake!

Summary: This was an amazing place to stay on Lake Livingston!! From the layout of the house, the tree house for the kids, the boat dock and the fishing was outstanding! We have stayed at a lot of places on Lake Livingston and this has been by far the best! The host Tracy was amazing as was Blake! Highly recommend! Thanks Tracy! Justin

Summary: Everything about this property is amazing, but the best feature is the white glove experience offered by the host, Tracy. We have stayed in several Lake Livingston properties, but Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for your stay and a also offers a proper, in person, tour/introduction to the property and it's amenities. Summary: We were already planning another trip to this wonderful get-away while we were on our first night! Plenty of room and a beautiful location on the Lake. Even though it rained almost the whole time we still loved our stay!

Summary: This lakefront home we rented to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!There was plenty of room for everyone, The home is spacious and BEAUTIFUL, The kitchen is fully stocked. There is also a detached game room with a pool table and other games, There is also a very cool treehouse on the property! BUT the best feature was the amazing boat deck (2 levels) WITH fishing gear and LOTS of sitting/longing areas. We are over the moon for this lovely lake front home, Our hostess Tracy was ALWAYS available and helpful. Blake, the local fishing expert with "The Lake Life Concierge" stopped by and gave us some fishing tips. All in all this was a fantastic stay and we will definitely be coming back for another visit!!

Summary: This home was the perfect spot for our family gathering - My husband and I, our two grown children and their families. There were plenty of bedrooms and a number of living spaces so everyone could have their on place when needed. We were able to rent a boat and able to catch fish off the dock. The treehouse was an added adventure for the grandchildren. We also had 2 dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect for them to run. Tracy was responsive every time I sent a note.

Summary: This place was amazing! We got our family together for Christmas here and there were so many places to enjoy it never felt like we were on top of each other. The owner so accommodating and friendly! We will definitely be coming back here for future family gatherings.
