The community has gated access and a private boat ramp, with access to a marina with fuel and fishing supplies. Surrounded by water, the house offers a spectacular view of the lake from both the upstairs and downstairs patios, with amazing sunsets over the lake. Guests can often watch Bald Eagles fish the cove as well as other wildlife right in front of the house.
Completely updated three bedroom, two and a half bath, water-front home in a lovely, gated community on Lake Livingston. Modern and stylish, but comfortably appointed with an open living area featuring large picture windows overlooking the lake.
Two king beds and a full-over-double-twin bunk sleeps four adults and four children comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen with seating for eight and additional outdoor seating on the balcony, perfect for gathering with friends and family.
Outdoor grilling area so that you can cook what you catch! Or, simply bring your food and enjoy creating meals together inside or, out.

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
If available, fees applied for early check in and late check out being up to 80% of the nightly rate depending on time requested
We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

Summary: Spent a nice 4 day weekend with my mom and sister relaxing, crafting, reading and just good time spent together. This house was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and big plus it was pet friendly so mom could bring her dog. Owner actually stopped by while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a nice visit with him. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We secured for a quick getaway for my mom’s birthday weekend. Great location that is secluded but has stores for last minute groceries or items down the road. The home was nice and clean, check in and out was extremely easy. The view was amazing and it was nice sitting out to watch the sunrise and sunset. The house is right on the water and even though the water was down a bit, we were still able to fish and caught a few. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Summary: The property was lovely, & well equipped with the essentials. It is on the lake, so you can fish from there, or swim. The owner came by the property next door, so we were able to meet him. Very nice guy. I was a little confused about were to park, so I made a call. Found out to park on the grass. We have never had such a early check-out, so that would be may only compliant .

Summary: This is a beautiful place. We really enjoy the birds. If you come here, be sure you bring either a telescope or some thing to help you look at the birds on the water. We saw several species and enjoyed them quite a bit even though the lake was down the house has kayaks and grandkids enjoy the kayaks and we fished off the pier next-door. Owner was accommodating when i had to stay longer than expected due to a medical emergency.

Summary: Our group wanted a nice peaceful getaway and we got exactly that. Loved the view of water from porches. Comfortable furniture, first rate kitchen with all we needed. Beds and linens were nice (very important). As a group of seniors we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
