Beautiful 4 bedroom house with 3 full bathrooms, Pool & Jacuzzi!! Lots of parking on premises. This house is next to two freeways 5 & 170 and seven mins away from 405 freeway. Takes 25 mins to Six Flags Magic Mountain, 15 mins to Universal Studios Hollywood, 45 mins to Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm, and 5 mins to stores: Ralphs, CVS, rite aid, Starbucks, Kohl's, and much more. 2 mins away from Kaiser Hospital.

Please treat our home as nicely as you would your own. Make sure all inside noises are contained by 10:30pm so neighbors will not be disturbed. Backyard entertainment must be turned off by 10:00pm (Pool hours 8am to 10pm).

There are a total of 4 bedrooms, 5 beds that sleeps 10 guests.

Summary: This home suited our 6 night stay just fine. Clean, spacious and amenities were plenty and appreciated. Of course the pool and hot tub were a hit as well! Marine was a very pleasant host and readily available when needed. Would recommend.

Summary: The property was very clean and supplies were well stocked, kitchen had everything you can possibly need. Only thing I would mention is the house has 3 bathrooms, but one is located outside of the house. It’s a 3/4 bath with shower, but it’s more suitable for after using the pool.

Summary: Great property for all ages. Host was super responsive. Accommodated us at the last minute after our other property became unavailable the Sunday afternoon prior to our Tuesday check in.

Summary: First and foremost the house was beautiful. The owners were there when we arrived and let us in early. I’m made a new friend with the local cat. Overall my stay was excellent. I recommend this house for a family or even a quick get away with your mate.
