Summary: The property is well-taken care of and in a very nice neighborhood. Very safe and conveniently located. The host was extremely responsive. The only drawback was that it was cramped for six people. We needed the spare air mattresses to sleep everyone moderately comfortably. The check-in information was a little confusing. Bathroom quite small and lacks countertop space.

Summary: Visited with my two daughters for their birthday. It is a small home, but it has absolutely everything you need. We had a great time, and I highly suggest renting a car to get to the different places you would like to see while there. The neighborhood was safe, I should go outside and not experience any issues.

Summary: Stayed here with a group of friends for my birthday. It was convenient for everything we wanted to do, an unbeatable price, parking spots, snacks, water - you name it. Was confused about the space, but when you arrive there are more beds than you expect- also super fast host communication. Would definitely go back, very cute!

Summary: Loved our stay at the villa! It was cozy and quaint yet offering many areas to spread out and relax. The hot tub was a bonus as well as the closed in sunroom. Communication with our host Rosy was great, she was very friendly and helpful. She takes good care of her place and I really felt safe and at home here.
