This adorable very clean year-round home is 900 feet from 7 miles of beautiful beach. Added Plus - it is just as close to the Saco River - you can put your kayak in at high tide right from the end of the property into the river tidal marsh. A large deck, with a corner view of the Saco River. The screened-in front porch is great night relaxing or enjoy the outside fire with the open fire pit. Fireworks close by every Thurs. night in season. Small ocean community just minutes from amusements, water slides, hiking in the state forest, and monkey ropes or quiet walks to the Marina or General Store. Marina, fishing and harbor cruises a short walk away. The ocean, beach, river and views, forests, and amusements make the best of all worlds for vacation.

Summary: Our family had a great stay. Very clean and nicely appointed home that fit our family of four perfectly. The home is well cared for and the owners’ thoughtfulness shows; everything has its place and clearly labeled. Location is in a friendly neighborhood close to a beach that is great for kids and only a short drive to restaurants in downtown Saco and Biddeford. Would recommend!

Summary: Beautiful, clean house in a great community. We enjoyed the back yard and took lots of walks to the jetty and beach. The kids loved the spiral staircase with their comfortable room upstairs. Definitely recommend!

Summary: The house is beautiful and had all the essentials plus a few bonus items like bikes and a fire pit! Walking distance to a general store, the beach, and Huot’s. OOB and downtown Saco is just a short drive. The back deck is private with an amazing view. We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We had an amazing family vacation at this wonderful cottage. You can walk to a great neighborhood beach and the Huot’s seafood that has awesome lobster rolls and live music! Also very close to Funtown Splashtown and Aquaboggan which is perfect for the kids. Cottage is very clean, updated, with a great deck and fire pit. Also has some childrens books and games. Definitely will be back! Thank you Bonnie for being a fantastic host!
