Tucked away in the hidden gem of Camp Ellis, you’ll enjoy a lively beach scene in the summer and a tranquil retreat in the off season.
Just a short trip away to Old Orchard Beach and 30 min to Portland you’ll never be in need of fun activities.

SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING house.
WEATHER: Being on the coast the weather is unpredictable and tricky. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets, however some of our family members and guests are very allergic. There are several pet-friendly rentals in the area that would love to host your family.
CHECK IN/OUT: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are sometimes allowed on a case by case basis.
OTHER SAFETY:
NO third party bookings. Person that makes the reservation must be the person that checks-in.

Summary: Our host Tim was very kind and informative before, during and after our trip. This beachfront home has beautiful ocean views and all amenities needed for a family vacation. Seaside neighborhood with beach,restaurant, local store and fishing pier/Marina in extremely close walking distance. The highlight of our trip was being able to watch the fireworks from our own private deck on our last night there with our kids. Waking up having coffee while enjoying the ocean view from inside the home or stepping outside was a luxury in itself. Thank you again for all of your hospitality Tim!

Summary: This property is amazing! It was clean, updated kitchen, big main bathroom, communication with the owner was thorough and easy, the community was kind and polite and the pictures make it look as amazing as it is. The sunrises were exceptional. The access to the beach was easy. I would definitely rent here again. 5 Stars for sure.

Summary: This rental was above and beyond our expectations- the house was beautiful with a panoramic view of the ocean, immaculately clean, fully stocked, the beds were so comfortable… I could go on and on. The best rental ever- I only wish we could have stayed longer!
