Summary: Our family stayed here for a few nights in August and absolutely loved it! It’s tiny, cute, and surrounded by beautiful views and nature. The host was very kind and considerate. If we ever end up in this area again, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this cabin!

Summary: This cozy cottage is a little bit off the beaten track in a farming area but it’s pretty close to grocery stores, gas stations, produce stands as well as near some cute little towns. Also not a long drive to the beaches but away from the beach traffic. The cell service isn’t great inside the house but the Wi-Fi works fine and if you go outside, the cell service is better. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. If it matters to you, there is only a microwave, a hot plate plus a convection/toaster oven which I didn’t use—no stove/oven. There’s also a washing machine. The split mini air conditioner plus a ceiling fan kept the place comfortable in the high heat and humidity although the A/C did make a little bit of a clicking noise, but it wasn’t too obnoxious. There was also a nice tower fan to use in the bedroom. There’s a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire ring and picnic table, but unfortunately was too hot while I was there to sit outside much but it was nice to sit outside in the morning with my coffee to look at the sunrise (and the cows next door!). If you want to be away from the beaches, but still within decent driving distance of them, this is a nice quiet place to stay. If I was in the area again, I would consider staying again.

Summary: After many weekends in hotels this summer for baseball tournaments, our stay here was perfect!! The proximity to Georgetown was an easy drive. The space was more than enough for the four of us. The home was clean, well decorated and supplied everything necessary for a nice stay. Meg communicates well as a host. Check in was very easy. We loved sitting by the fire at night and watching the cows being fed in the morning. We highly recommend a stay here!!
