Negative: Regarding parking: would suggest available parking to both units if they are willing to coordinate/communicate with each other when coming & going Coffee creamer provided was expired

Positive: Great location, right in downtown Portland. Beautiful little apartment with a brilliantly stocked bathroom and kitchen which included everything I needed for a three week stay. Lovely, comfortable bed and lots of storage space through the apartment as well. Low ceilings may be an issue for anyone over 6ft. The apartment itself was cute and cosy - but multiple issues with Vacasa management company means I would avoid ever returning.
Negative: It was on an active building site, which meant there was no access to the back yard and was incredibly noisy. Very frustrating to have not been warned that the building the apartment is in is still under a LOT of construction. The first come first served parking spot meant there was effectively no parking - on the rare occasions we did get access to the spot, we had the host make repeated requests for us to move our car for contractors on the building site to park, or other guests from the other apartment wanted us to move as they had been told they had three parking spots. There is free street parking in the blocks around the property, which is better than the Vacasa-suggested $40 parking garage. But the listing should not include parking. Very dusty inside the apartment, which was ridiculous as I was prevented from dropping my bags at the property prior to check-in (a standard practice across all hotels and Airbnb's I have ever used) apparently because of cleaners still in the property. To then arrive to a dirty toilet and a dusty apartment, on an active construction site, was not great. Difficult to get Vacasa to help with any issues. Would AVOID booking this apartment until it is not managed by Vacasa. One day the power went out & I had to call the central Vacasa hotline, who informed me there had been a neighbourhood-wide black out. This was untrue, as the contractors downstairs were clearly still using electricity from the house. After FIVE HOURS of being passed from call centre to call centre, I was finally put in touch with a local Vacasa rep who came to the house and had the issue fixed within minutes. However, being repeatedly told that there was a neighbourhood-wide blackout and there was nothing Vacasa could do -- which was blatantly untrue -- was incredibly frustrating. Overall, the apartment itself is great but has multiple issues around shoddy management from Vacasa.

Positive: It was a nice location and comfortable apartment. Kitchen was well appointed. We felt safe walking around the neighborhood and easy half mile walk to the harbor.
Negative: Tub/shower was very scary. The tub was slippery with nothing to hold on to. Some bathroom linens were very scratchy, but we found a few nice soft ones after digging through a bit. The halted building permit posted on the door was a little disconcerting.
Summary: Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but for the minor issues.
