Positive: Well presented room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent communication from the property. We valued the free parking, welcome bubbles, and breakfast voucher as well. Friendly and helpful staff.

Positive: I really liked the overall vibe of the hotel, from it's stained glass windows, art, sitting room with fireplace, games and books, and the very welcoming staff. We loved the sheets and pillows -- so soft and comfy. We liked that it was easy to get to from the celtics game and restuarant we choose. We either walked or took a lift.
Negative: The room was nice but could have used a few repairs to the bathroom -- the hot ran out after my partner took a shower, so that was a miss. Also, the shower head appeared to have a knob to adjust the flow, but it had been broken off. The shower tile was once very pretty, but was in need of some grouting repairs (lots of chips and missing pieces). The bathroom wood floor was very worn, and it either needs to be refinished or replaced. Lastly, I know that older architecture is smaller, but definitely would recommend a small stool or some type of additional shelf be added to the bathroom for toiletries. Also, I would add a small table by the chair in the room. Also, a 'landing strip' by the exit (one that folds up would work).
Summary: We recommend based on the warm and help staff, location and overall charm and vibe.
