Positive: The apartment is a bit rundown, but overall quite attractive and stylish, with a vintage feel. Combined with the excellent location, it's definitely worth the money. Plus, the staff is very friendly. The only thing to keep in mind is that the parking lot in the square in front of the police station starts to empty after 5:00 PM; before then, there are no spaces. However, the street leading to the apartment, along which it's recommended to walk 300 meters, has several empty spaces that can accommodate not one, but two or even three cars. Just ask the owner which ones you can park in without penalty.

Positive: I loved the building, the decor, & Mahdy was lovely & friendly. Aircon worked well at night & the street was very quiet. Great roof terrace
Negative: If I had to say anything, I would scrape off the paint drips on the wall tiles in the bedroom. A minor detail but it would look much better

Positive: The place looks like the pictures, it has that charm of a classic Tunisian courtyard house. The facilities were clean, the roof terrace was an added bonus with great views. Located in a traditional neighborhood of the medina. The cleaning lady was very nice and accomodating
Negative: Our room had a sewer smell, though the rest of the place did not. There is no on site parking as advertised, it is just first come first serve in a public lot 300 m. from the hotel. The breakfast was small

Positive: It is in the Medina and a beautiful place. Newly decoratet. The breakfast is super good and there is a lovely view from the rooftop terrace. The staff is lovely and very helpfull.
Negative: The main bed is good, but the matras of the bed upstairs is very thin (hard).
