Summary: The room was very clean and crisp. Breakfast was bare bones. The pool was gross. For $475/night for 2 queens, this felt EXTREMELY overpriced.

Summary: Nice little hotel. Comfortable beds. The room was clean but the bathroom was NOT. The bathroom sink was dirty as well as the bathroom floor. There was also hair on the bathroom counter. If the cleanliness was on par I would’ve given the hotel a close to excellent rating rather then “okay”.

Summary: The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was less than clean and could have used a better cleaning every day. Staff was responsive when I needed more towels and also when there was an issue with the lights in the room, but they weren’t able to fix it. The breakfast was less than expected and very unappealing with very limited choices and lack freshness.

Summary: Hotel was updated and quiet, front desk was very polite and helpful and check in was quick. Location was good about 15 minutes to the wharf area in Newport. Room overall was clean and updated however the shower was the exception, it was not very clean. Also breakfast was good but very few options. Otherwise was a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Reasonable price good quality. We always go to Newport off season. A very short drive to the shops. Plenty of places to eat many different types of food.

Summary: At check in we were charged a $50 damage deposit. Upon entering the room we saw long deep scratches on the floor and the wall was damaged. We had to ask the staff to come take a look so we would not be responsible. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However the air conditioner and dehumidifier were very loud. It was difficult to sleep, we raised the temperature so the air conditioner would not run as much and we shut off the dehumidifier. The continental breakfast was subpar. Coffee was bad, bread stale, milk carafes were crusty. The sense we got from the whole experience was that they really didn’t care about the guests. Our advice, find a different place to stay.
