Summary: Floors were so dirty our socks were black, we had to wear our shoes. Bathroom walls and shower were dirty. Cleaning staff was seen and heard arguing/ swearing with other staff or boyfriend near the office.

Summary: Condition of hotel and rooms was very different from pictures advertised. Family did not feel comfortable staying on property and booked a different hotel in town.

Summary: I’ve stayed in this hotel three times and have never had an issue. Check in and out are so easy. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. The rooms while updated, were a little slapped together. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was pretty clean, although there were hairs stuck on the shower wall this stay.

Summary: Customer service was excellent, desk people were incredibly friendly and helpful. Unit itself was dusty and the floors were sticky, there was hair on the bathroom sink still, earwigs, and some surfaces felt sticky

Summary: Got what we paid for. Staff was nice but the entire experience was a bit shaky for us. Not the best area. Many homeless (or so they appeared). Rooms are renovated and tidy. Fast food and grocery store nearby.
